Terms of Service

Rules governing access to and use of Dalía.

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to Dalía, including the public website, invite-only workspace, and related features published under the Dalía / dalialab brand.

Access and eligibility

You may use Dalía only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. Access may be limited, suspended, or invite-only while the product is evolving.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, abuse platform integrations, or interfere with service availability.

You also agree not to reverse engineer protected parts of the product or use automated access in a way that harms the service or other users.

Workspace content and AI output

You retain responsibility for prompts, uploads, connected account data, and any materials you publish or act on using Dalía.

AI-assisted suggestions and generated outputs are provided as tools. You should review them before publishing, sending, or relying on them in business decisions.

Billing and plan changes

Paid features, quotas, or subscriptions may be introduced or updated over time. Pricing, billing cadence, and plan limits will be presented before purchase.

If billing applies, you agree to pay the fees tied to your selected plan until cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout or in your billing workspace.

Availability and changes

Dalía may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features at any time, especially during invite-only or early product phases.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or permanent retention of every feature exactly as launched.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that reasonably should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain in effect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dalía is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages are excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
